Welcome to
sae haven
You’ve held it together for everyone else.
You’ve pushed through, performed, survived — and somewhere along the way, you lost the connection to your body, your breath, and your joy.
I see you. I was you.
I’m Jordan — Somatic Release & Pleasure Integration Coach.
After years of working as a Pleasure Educator, I soon realised that pleasure isn’t possible if the body doesn’t feel safe.
Because this isn’t just about sexual trauma.
It’s about generational pain, toxic relationships, burnout, emotional neglect, betrayal, grief — anything that left you feeling unsafe in your own skin.
Through breathwork, somatic release, and nervous system healing, I’ll help you finally exhale — and rebuild your relationship with trust, safety, and yes... pleasure.
Healing doesn’t just have to be heavy.
It can be beautiful. Sacred. Magical.
And it’s yours to claim.
I help women move through deep body-based healing, to release what’s been stored in their systems — and reconnect with the kind of safety, softness, and pleasure that doesn’t just feel good in the moment, but lasts.
Through a combination of:
Somatic release practices
Breathwork journeys
Trauma-informed emotional processing
Nervous system regulation
Pleasure integration techniques
We don’t just talk about your pain. We move it.
We don’t just touch on pleasure. We build your capacity to hold it.
This isn’t just mindset work — it’s body work. And it changes everything.
What do i do?
Let’s Talk About Trauma
Trauma isn’t just the “big stuff.” It’s not just abuse or assault.
It’s anything that overwhelmed your system and left your body holding the memory of fear, disconnection, or feeling ‘not enough’.
You don’t have to justify your pain to heal it.
This isn’t just for the women who have experienced trauma.
It’s for anyone who’s ever carried something that didn’t belong to them.
Trauma can come from:
Growing up in a home where emotions weren’t safe
Being told to be quiet, stay small, or not take up space
Bullying, friendship wounds, exclusion, or betrayal
Codependent or emotionally abusive relationships
Generational trauma and inherited family patterns
Chronic stress, burnout, people-pleasing, perfectionism
Medical trauma, surgeries, or feeling violated in your body
Being sexualised too young — or shamed for your desires
Feeling like you always had to be the strong one, the fix-it girl, the one who kept it all together
So if you’ve ever asked yourself, “Was it bad enough?”
Here’s the truth:
If it still lives in your body, it’s enough.
And it’s time to let it go.
