What to wear?  
Comfortable clothing that allow movement.

What to bring? 
A water bottle to keep yourself hydrated, a journal and pen if you want to record your breathwork journey, a small hand towel in case you sweat a lot, a blanket and socks incase you get cold.

Can I consume food, alcohol, drugs, or caffeine before the session? 
You may consume food at least 2 hours before the session, and no caffeine, alcohol, or drugs as it may affect your breathwork journey. 

What do I need to prepare if it is my first time breathing? 
Enough sleep the night before and an open mind.

Where are the sessions held? 
Dependent on your session type will depend on the location:
Unless stated otherwise before booking, the location for Group Breathwork (in person) sessions will be held in the Barnsley, Cawthorne Area.
If you have booked a 1:1 private session, this will be held at your own home / chosen space - which will require a quiet, clean, calm environment.

Can I book a Private Group Session?
