What to wear?  
Comfortable clothing that allows movement.

What to bring? 
A water bottle to keep yourself hydrated, a journal and pen if you want to record your breathwork journey, a small hand towel in case you sweat a lot, a blanket and socks incase you get cold. Lip balm to help prevent dry lips during the session.

Can I consume food, alcohol, drugs, or caffeine before the session? 
You may consume food at least 2 hours before the session, and no caffeine, alcohol, or drugs as it may affect your breathwork journey. 

What do I need to prepare if it is my first time breathing? 
Enough sleep the night before and just an open mind and heart.

Where are the sessions held? (Location)
We have our own private studio in South Yorkshire, Barnsley, Cawthorne.
Unless stated otherwise before booking a session, the location for all sessions will be held in the Sae Haven Studio, in Barnsley.

How do the Online Sessions work?
After booking on to a session date and time allocated. You will be emailed a zoom link to access the session along with information of what to expect, ahead of the date.

Can I book a Private Group Session?
